Susan Regan, MFT, is a seasoned professional dedicated to fostering emotional well-being and healthy relationships. As the Founder and Director of Bay Area Children First from June 1994 to June 2013, Susan passionately championed the mission of promoting the emotional well-being of children in the San Francisco Bay Area. Her vision was to ensure that these individuals would grow into emotionally healthy adults capable of making positive contributions to their communities.
With almost 30 years of experience as a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in California (recently expanded to Massachusetts), SusanĀ remains dedicated to her Solutions Therapy & Mediation practice. Her clinical practice has touched the lives of hundreds of couples and individuals, guiding them towards finding balance between personal fulfillment and meaningful connections. A trained mediator, Susan specializes in co-parentingĀ coachingĀ and mediation for couples navigating separation. Her expertise spans Narrative, Family Systems, Attachment-Based Therapy, and Enneagram methodologies, offering a tailored approach to diverse client needs.
As the Relationship Expert, Certified Coach, and CoParenting Mediator for Relationship Solutions Programs, Susan equips clients with the tools and skills needed to cultivate the relationships they desire, irrespective of their circumstances.
