Welcome, welcome, welcome to my first online newsletter, which you will be receiving twice a month!

I’m Susan Regan, a licensed psychotherapist in California and an online coach with over 25 years’ experience helping people heal and move forward in their lives and relationships.

The purpose of my work and interests have always been focused on helping people create the kind of life and relationships they want.

The goal of my monthly correspondence with you is to give you a few psychoeducational tips about relationships, so you can apply them to your own life and see if there are any areas you want to examine, focus on, contemplate or improve.

Time and time again, I find in my life: whatever I focus on evolves!

For the next few months my newsletter will be addressing these three topics:

• Deciding to Divorce
• Co-Parenting (parenting once you’ve separated)
• Strengthening Couple Relationships

Aside from giving you some quick tips, I’ll introduce you to workshops and month-long weekly groups that I’ll be facilitating in 2019.

I am an online coach and a licensed therapist. My online therapy support groups are offered only to folks who live in California, where I am licensed. I also offer talks, workshops, curriculum and psycho-educational groups nationally, as an online coach.
